What the form collects
The form asks for your name and email address, along with the details you choose to provide: your phone number, session type, preferred date, number of players and message. Please only share information needed for your enquiry.
How we use your details
We use your form details only to respond to enquiries and help arrange the coaching or session you asked about. They are not used for marketing.
Where form details are stored
Our request form sends your details to Formspree, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. Santosh uses the submitted details to respond to your enquiry.
Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete your enquiry details by emailing santoshudayheranjal@gmail.com. Include the email address you used on the form so we can find the relevant submission and arrange its deletion.

Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect personal data, to understand which booking and contact links visitors use and whether enquiry submissions succeed. Custom events record only labels such as session type, contact channel and button location. We do not include your name, email address, phone number, preferred date or message in these events. Enquiry details sent to Formspree are used only to respond to your request.
